He studied Actuarial Science at UNAM with a specialization in Finance. After working for 5 years in actuarial-related jobs, he decided to switch to photography.

In 2005, he began studying Photography in workshops led by Lázaro Blanco at Casa del Lago He moved to Montreal in 2008 where he studied Photography at Dawson College. Currently, he works as an independent photographer.

Awards, exhibitions, and projects:

• His work has been exhibited internationally in Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, France, China, and the United Arab Emirates.
• In 2012, he won the Sony World Photo Awards in the “enhanced” category and in 2023, he took first place at the Mexico Street Photo Fest.
