“Three people and a country ignited my passion for street photography at different moments in my life. My grandfather and father taught me never to stop being amazed by life and fueled my desire to explore the planet. To this day, I’ve visited more than seventy-five countries around the world and have had the opportunity to live in five of them. My sister inspired me to take up photography when we traveled together, and she captured moments with her Kodak camera from the 1980s. Lastly, having lived in a city like Shanghai motivated me to use my lens to capture the fascinating stories that unfold daily in a country as special as China.”
