Cómo empecé en la fotografía:

Cuando era estudiante universitaria, solía tomar fotos de amigos y paisajes urbanos con la cámara de película de mi padre. Después de graduarme, dejé de tomar fotos por un tiempo, pero comencé a capturar imágenes de cerezos en flor, rosas y otras flores con mi iPhone, y las compartía en Instagram.

Un seguidor mío, que también era fotógrafo callejero en ese momento, me regaló una cámara que ya no usaba, y así fue como comencé a tomar fotos en la calle.

Enfoque al tomar fotos:

• Observo cómo la luz incide en la escena.
• Me fascinan los fondos interesantes y las figuras que encuentro.
• Busco momentos y sensaciones que me emocionen.

Fotógrafos que admiro:

• Todos los fotógrafos callejeros me inspiran, pero alguien a quien realmente admiro y con quien me identifico es Saul Leiter.

Comencé con la fotografía callejera en 2018 y desde 2020 utilizo una Ricoh GR III.

How I got started in photography:

When I was a college student, I used my father’s film camera to take pictures of friends and cityscapes. After graduating from college, I stopped taking pictures for a while, but I started taking pictures of cherry blossoms, roses, and other flowers with my iPhone and posting them on Instagram.

A follower of mine who took street shots at that time gave me a camera he no longer used, and I started taking street shots.

What I focus on when I take pictures:

• The way the light hits it.
• The fascinating backgrounds and figures.
• moments and sensations that excite me.

Photographers I admire:

• All street photographers inspire me, but one person I particularly admire and identify with is Saul Leiter.

I started taking street photography in 2018 and I have been using a Ricoh GR III since 2020.
