“La historia de mi pasión por la fotografía comenzó en 2009 cuando recibí mi primera cámara réflex. Aunque no sabía mucho sobre fotografía en ese momento, aprendí técnicas y edición por mi cuenta. Experimenté con autorretratos y fotografía conceptual. La fotografía se convirtió en mi escape y forma de expresión. Después de años de pausa, en 2020, durante la pandemia, inicié el “Proyecto Cuarentena” para reinventar mi realidad a través de fotos diarias. Además de la fotografía conceptual, me enganché a la fotografía callejera después del confinamiento. Salir con mi cámara a la calle es terapéutico y me hace apreciar la belleza en las pequeñas cosas cotidianas. Quiero transmitir que todo puede ser hermoso si cambiamos nuestra perspectiva.”

“My journey with photography began in 2009 when I received my first DSLR camera. At that time, I had very little knowledge about photography, so I taught myself the basics of technique and editing. I experimented with self-portraits and conceptual photography. Photography became my escape and a means of expression. After years of a hiatus, in 2020 during the pandemic, I embarked on the ‘Quarantine Project’ to reinvent my reality through daily photos. In addition to conceptual photography, I became hooked on street photography after the confinement. Taking my camera out into the streets is therapeutic and helps me appreciate the beauty in everyday small things. I aim to convey that everything can be beautiful if we change our perspective.”
